Do I need a reservation?
No — walk-ins are welcome anytime during business hours. Plan on about two hours for your visit. Groups of 8 or more should call or text ahead at 269-240-7695 so we can save you a spot.

What’s the difference between acrylic and glaze?
Acrylic pieces go home with you the same day. Glazed pieces need to be fired in our kiln, so they’re ready for pickup in up to two weeks. Glaze is worth the wait: it comes out shiny and food safe. Not sure which to pick? We have samples and help on hand. Pickup hours end 30 minutes before close each day.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. You can buy them online any time through the Gift Cards link at the top of our site. They’re good for painting, parties, and Splash Studio sessions.

What is the Splash Studio?
Our splatter-paint room is fun for all ages. A one-hour session is $22 per person and includes goggles, a poncho, washable tempera paint, and your own 11x14 canvas. Choose black lights or regular lighting. Your canvas will still be wet when you leave, so plan for the ride home. Book your session online; sessions are nonrefundable.

Do you host kids’ birthday parties?
Yes! We have four packages starting at $160, from our 90-minute Bumble Bee party to the two-hour Ultimate packages with pottery, canvas, or Splash Studio. A $50 nonrefundable deposit holds your date and goes toward the party total. We have room for up to 4 non-painting grown-ups in the party room. Extra parents are welcome to paint in the main studio or explore downtown Niles while the kids paint.

Can I bring food and drinks to my group event?
Yes. Adult parties and groups are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, and table decor, and we’re BYOB. Your reservation includes two hours of space, and you can arrive 15 minutes early to set up.

Do you host field trips and scout groups?
We do. Scouts, preschools, daycares, school classes, and summer programs are all welcome. Field trips are for groups of 8–40, last one hour, and include a studio assistant for painting and cleanup. There’s a $30 nonrefundable booking fee. Groups of 12 or more, please bring enough adults to chaperone. Call or text 269-240-7695 to book.

Can you bring the painting to us?
Yes! We do offsite events for schools, offices, churches, and more. Send us a note through our contact page and we’ll plan it with you.
